Recovery Quotient figures out your recovery ability using a tested, formula-based scoring system. It combines body measurements, heart markers, metabolism penalties, healthy ranges, and fitness performance.

RQ doesn't use complicated groups or weighted percentages. It uses direct math penalties and bonuses based on real body science.
